A water fed window cleaning pole is a tool that allows domestic users to reach high windows without the need for ladders or scaffolding. It consists of a telescopic pole with a brush attachment at the end and a water delivery system that sprays water onto the window surface to loosen dirt and grime. It comes with a soap dispenser for which any type of window cleaning agent is suitable, but thicker ones are preferred as they work better with high water pressure.
The pole is connected to a water tap, usually the garden tap. Water is then pumped through the hose that is fed through the pole and out through jets in the brush head, allowing the handler to scrub the window surface while simultaneously rinsing away dirt and debris.

To remove the brush head without the hose sliding out and attaching the squeegee or another accessory, you can detach the brush head by pushing on the blue end caps. When these are pushed there is no force applied when taking the brush out. You can remove the brush and the tee hoses, leave the tee connection attached to the hose and then connect the other attachments to the pole. Contact Customer Service if you still need assistance.
For ACME poles, the gutter cleaning tool can simply be attached to the pole with the incorporated ACME connection. For click-connect poles - hold the angled connector, turn the IGAD hand knob counter-clockwise by hand until the bolt loosens and remove the bolt and nut if they separate, align the toothed joint of the gutter tool between the connector teeth at the desired angle, then reinsert the bolt and tighten the knob clockwise by hand until snug and secure.
Turn the soap dial toward the larger dots to release more soap and toward the smaller dots to reduce soap flow until the desired amount is dispensed.

If a product is out of stock, you can request an email notification to let you know when we have new stock available.
To cancel or alter your order, you must contact customer services in writing via email as soon as possible. It is very difficult to cancel or alter an order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
We cannot deliver outside of Europe. To any country within the EU we can ship from Romania.
Please note that Parcelforce and UPS have a policy of not leaving parcels unattended, in front of the house or other location they deem not to be safe. If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted, the courier will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour. If that is also not possible, they will put a delivery card through your letterbox, which will include details on how to rearrange delivery, or where you can collect your order in person.
First check the tracking number from your order to see the parcel has been left with a neighbour or taken back for redelivery. If you are still unable to track your item, please contact our customer service team who will help you investigate the issue.

You need to contact Customer Services and provide photo evidence of the fault or missing items. Please email clear photos at office@igad.co.uk along with your order number and a description of the problem. We will do everything to sort out your issue by sending replacements or the missing parts.
You need to be careful when extending the pole. Do not apply extreme force as the segments can dislocate. In the event that a segment does becomes detached, we kindly request you to refer to the pole manual for guidance on cleaning, utilisation, and maintenance procedures. Additionally, we recommend watching the instructional video available in the manual link or on our support page on the IGAD website.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur within the specified warranty period. This includes issues such as faulty components, structural defects, or damage incurred during shipping. However, please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
We ask that you report any defects or request a return within 30 days of receiving your items. This allows us to promptly address any issues and provide you with a solution.
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we can provide a refund under the terms of our 30-day money back guarantee. You must keep all the product packaging, including the instructions and the product must be returned in a saleable condition. Please re-pack your item, along with the dispatch note. This will help us to process your order. And please post it back to us. You will be responsible for paying returned postage costs, unless your item is faulty.
