Refund & Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at office@igad.co.uk. If you are returning the item due to change of mind, you need to support the cost of your label and we'll send you instructions of how and where to send your package. If the return is due to a manufacturing fault or missing items, we'll send you a pre-paid label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your return request, we will review it and notify you regarding approval.
If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days from the date your return request is received and accepted.
We require the item to be returned before the refund is issued. In such cases, the refund will be processed within 5 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Video Review Refund Campaign (Promotional Refund)
In addition to our standard refund policy, we may offer a Video Review Refund Campaign as a promotional program.
Eligibility

This campaign is available to customers with a valid order from our store.

One promotional refund is allowed per order, limited to one item only.

The refunded amount will not exceed the purchase price of the selected item (excluding shipping, taxes, and fees unless otherwise stated).

Participation in this campaign is voluntary and separate from standard returns.
Video Submission Requirements

The video must feature the purchased product and include an honest review or demonstration.

The video must be original content created by you.

The video must not include copyrighted music, images, trademarks, or content owned by third parties.

Participants must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
Content Rights & Usage
By submitting a video, you confirm that:

You are the sole creator and rights holder of the video content.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, edit, reproduce, publish, and distribute the video for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, website content, advertising, and email marketing.

No additional compensation will be provided beyond the agreed promotional refund.
Approval & Refund Process

All video submissions are subject to review and approval.

We reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet quality, relevance, or policy requirements.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Submitting a video does not guarantee approval or refund.
General Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Video Review Refund Campaign at any time without prior notice.

Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these terms may result in disqualification from the campaign.
